Scope of Works:

Service and maintenance to the complex including:
• Emergency lighting upgrade
• Internal lighting upgrade
• Maintenance of carpark lighting
• External lighting upgrade
• Access control installation and maintenance
• Spa, sauna and gym related repairs
• Air-conditioning repair and replacement
• Tenant works including intercom, ventilation and telecommunications

Installations:

CCTV
After repeated incidents of theft and vandalism, the committee engaged Urban to design and install a CCTV system to monitor the carpark, entrances and communal areas. The project
involved establishing and setting up a control room with multiple screens as well as identifying the best camera placement and system control.

Intercom
After years of working with an outdated system that no longer had replacement parts available, we worked with the committee to plan a changeover of the entire system of 89 apartments. The new system installed was the latest Aiphone product which at the time had not been installed in Australia to this scale. The outcome was a cutting-edge, reliable system that gave peace of mind to the complex community.
