Scope of Works:

We have been involved with this site since 2013. In that time, we have fostered an inferior intercom product installed from new with no parts available, no technical support available for this brand in Australia. Since 2015 this unit started showing signs of real trouble with little that could be done to fix it without parts.

Some of the symptoms were entire Level 4, 5 and 6 lost visual with very little that could be done to resolve without parts. As the unit started deteriorating even more, we set up with the committee a plan to changeover the entire system. When the unit lost access control functions and control of the main entry doors we were instructed to replace the entire system. This complex boasts 89 apartments. At the time we were one of the first in Australia to install the new series Aiphone GT System on this scale.

We carried out replacement of 89 x 7-inch colour audio handsets, 3 x stainless steel flush mount door entry stations with pin pad control, and we re-built the entire floor distribution modules, video modules, audio modules and power distribution modules located in the riser cupboard of each level. 

The outcome has been terrific with a solid track of reliability since this installation.
